IPSC VIC/TAS AGM 20th July 2009 The dates for this AGM were inadvertently listed on this webpage as being Monday 17th August 2009. This was a mistake and I apologise for this oversight. The meeting minutes from the previous IPSC Vic/Tas monthly meeting and all of the delegates were informed that the AGM would be held in July at various other times. All AGM’s for IPSC Victoria have been held in July for many years and the printing of the wrong dates on the webpage was a mistake. At the meeting held on Monday 20th July it was decided, after reviewing the Constitution, that we should go ahead with the AGM but hold over the election of Officers until an EGM can be held prior to the next monthly meeting in August. This meeting will be held on Monday 17th August 2009 commencing at 8.00pm at the SSAA Club Rooms, 710 Dandenong Road, Springvale. At this EGM the matter of the election of the Executive will take place and reports will be finalised. Again I apologise for this error as I supplied the wrong dates to the webmaster for publication.
NOTICE OF EGM of IPSC VIC/TAS An Extraordinary General Meeting of the Association will take place on Monday 17th August 2009 commencing at 8.00pm and will be held in the SSAA Clubrooms at 710 Dandenong Road, Springvale.
